Discord Notifications

Your team sees what matters, in the Discord channels they already use.

- Alerts for new orders, invoices, payments, services and support tickets
- Four channels (General, Billing, Support and Operations): route each event where it belongs
- Mention one role, post into a thread, and choose your own name, color and avatar
- Filters: a minimum amount, and only the ticket departments and priorities you pick
- A delivery history with retry, and careful handling of Discord rate limits
- Private by default: client names and ticket subjects only when you switch them on
- Webhook addresses are stored encrypted, and only discord.com addresses are accepted

Uses Discord's incoming webhooks, so no bot account is needed. Messages go out through Nuvabill's normal cron job. Needs Nuvabill 0.4.5 or newer.
